Explore your club
Open Play and select your club. Its home brings together upcoming events and community information. Open the roster, statistics, or standings sections available to your membership. The data shown depends on recorded club activity.
Reply to an event
Open an upcoming event, review its requirements, and choose Going or Not going. Check the saved reply or waitlist status. Past events can include a completed scoreboard. For Game Nights, use the dedicated player guide for court assignments and scoring.
Chat and external links
Open Club Chat to talk with members after joining. For an event-specific discussion, use its chat when available. Keep messages relevant and use the report or moderation controls if needed. Club WhatsApp, Instagram, and website links open separate destinations. WhatsApp messages do not change a Pickleball365 RSVP.
Manage your club
Management actions appear only for authorized users.
- Open the club and its options menu.
- Use Club settings to review the profile and public contact links.
- Open Membership requests to review pending members.
- Use Manage events to create or manage club activity. Use the Game Night organizer guide for live play.
- Review any sharing or publishing action before sending content outside the app.
Leave a club or resolve access
Use Club options → Leave club when available and read the confirmation. If manager tools are missing, ask an administrator to check your role. A DUPR connection alone does not establish every Pickleball365 club permission.
Find the right player
Use more than a name to confirm you have the right person.
- Tap Players.
- Search a name or username, or browse through your club circles.
- Adjust the discovery scope or filters. Use Browse full directory to broaden discovery when shown.
- Open a result and check its club and profile details before following or selecting it for a match.
Follow or unfollow a player
Follow another player from their player profile. Your own profile does not show a Follow button. Following can make player selection easier when logging a match.
- Tap Players and search for the person by name or username.
- Open their player profile and confirm their identity using their profile and club details.
- Tap Follow near the top of their profile. Wait for the button to change to Following with a checkmark; this confirms the change saved.
- If iOS asks about notifications, choose your preference. Notification permission is separate from following the player.
- To unfollow, return to the same profile and tap Following. Wait for the button to change back to Follow.
- If the button stays in its previous state, check your connection and try again.
Peers, achievements, and standings
Peer suggestions use the club roster and available rating information. They may be empty before the club has enough data. Read the scope and match counts on standings. Achievements reflect the activity the app has recorded, so check your match history if something looks incomplete.
Explore Major League Pickleball
Open the MLP entry when shown in the app. Choose the available competition section and open a match for its teams and game details. Check the source and update labels: historical results are not a live score feed. Missing scores or lineups mean the source did not provide them. Use Official MLP results or View on DUPR for the source links offered.
