Create or sign in to your account
Use the same sign-in method each time so you return to the right player profile.
- Open Pickleball365. Choose Create Account for a new email account, or Sign In if you already have one.
- You can also use the Apple, Google, phone, or passkey options shown on the sign-in screen. For phone sign-in, enter your US number, tap Send code, and enter the six-digit code.
- Complete the profile setup prompts. Check your name and location before continuing.
Learn the main navigation
Home brings together your activity and shortcuts. Pulse365 explains your recent performance. Players helps you discover people. Play brings together clubs, courts, and events. Profile holds your account, DUPR connection, Match History, and My Bag. The Log button opens match entry.
Set yourself up for your first game
You can explore before recording a result.
- Open Profile → Edit and review your name, username, photo, and location. Tap Save after changes.
- Connect DUPR if you have an account.
- Open Play and find your club. Open its profile to join or request membership.
- Add your paddle and shoes under Profile → My Bag.
- After playing, use Log to record a completed match, or use the event scoreboard for a Game Night match.
If your account looks empty
Check that you used your original sign-in method. A new account may have no club memberships or match history yet. If an existing account appears missing, contact support with your sign-in method and the message you see; never send a password or verification code.
What the flame and weekly streak mean
The flame on Home celebrates consistent play: record at least one match each week to build a weekly streak. Winning is not required, and opening the app, following players, or chatting does not qualify a week. Extra matches in the same week do not add extra weeks.
- Open Home and tap the flame and number near the top.
- Read whether this week is already complete or whether you need to play a match to keep the streak going.
- Record your completed match using Log, or the event scoreboard for a Game Night match. Check that it appears on the correct player account.
- Return to Home after the activity updates. Your first qualifying recorded match of the next consecutive week extends the streak by one.
When a weekly streak resets
Weeks run Monday through Sunday in UTC, with the new week starting Monday at 00:00 UTC. That boundary may fall on Sunday evening in your local time. Your previous streak remains active while you have the current week to qualify. If a whole week passes without a qualifying recorded match, the current streak becomes zero; your next qualifying week starts at one. BEST in Achievements keeps your longest streak, and already-earned streak trophies remain unlocked. Weekly credit is applied when the app processes the match record, so entering an older match later does not necessarily repair a missed week.
Open your Trophy Case and read a badge
Trophies are achievement badges that celebrate recorded play, milestones, and community participation. They help you see your progress and choose a next milestone. The unlocked count is the number of earned badges, rather than a match or tournament win count.
- On Home, tap Trophy Case or See all to open Achievements.
- Read STREAK for your current weekly streak, BEST for your longest weekly streak, and WINS for recorded wins.
- Tap any badge, including a locked badge, to read its requirement. Earned badges show their unlocked status; locked badges say Not unlocked yet.
- Use the Next progress card as a guide to a milestone. Some achievements do not have a progress bar, and the saved unlocked status confirms what you have earned.
- Close the badge details with the close button or by tapping outside the card.
Weekly streak and match milestones
Weekly streak trophies unlock at 2, 4, 8, 12, 26, and 52 consecutive qualifying weeks, using your best streak. Match milestones are First Match, then 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 recorded matches. Opponent variety trophies recognize playing 10, 25, and 50 different opponents.
Win streaks and performance trophies
A win streak means consecutive recorded wins, separate from the weekly activity streak shown by the Home flame. Performance trophies include First Win, 3-Win Streak, 5-Win Streak, and 50 or 100 Career Wins. Comeback recognizes a recorded win immediately after at least three consecutive losses. Already-unlocked trophies remain in your Trophy Case when a later result ends a winning run.
Community and identity trophies
Joined a Club recognizes your first club membership; Club Hopper recognizes membership in three clubs. Community Champion requires 30 community points in a week: joining a club awards 15 points and participating in club chat awards 5 per message, up to the weekly goal. Community points reset each week and do not extend your weekly match streak. DUPR Connected recognizes linking your DUPR account, and Verified Player recognizes completed Pickleball365 player verification.
A streak or trophy is missing
Confirm you are signed into the correct account and that the relevant match, membership, or connection is recorded. Allow the activity to update, then reopen Home or Achievements. Progress displays can be incomplete while data loads; a missing badge does not prove your play was lost. Avoid logging a duplicate match to chase a badge. If the result still looks wrong, contact support with the badge name or streak, the relevant match date, your app version, and what you expected.
