Find and join a club

A club membership connects you to a community; a court or facility tells you where to play.

1. Tap Play and open the clubs discovery section.
2. Search by club name or use the location options shown. If location access is unavailable, use the manual location filters.
3. Open a club and check its name, location, and details.
4. Use the join action and read the resulting status. A membership request may need approval before member features unlock.
5. Return to the club after approval to see its events and community features.

Find a court and directions

Use the courts section of Play to explore locations. Open a result to review the address and use directions where available. Finding a facility does not automatically join a club or reserve a court; check the facility’s own booking details.

Check in and out

Court presence is separate from an event RSVP.

1. Open the club or court check-in controls when you arrive.
2. Use the check-in action and confirm the active status or remaining time.
3. When leaving, use check out instead of leaving an inaccurate presence.
4. Open Profile → Edit → Court check-in to review visibility, automatic check-in, and checkout timing.

Location or membership is not working

Review location permission in your device settings if nearby results or check-in cannot find you. Confirm the selected club and your membership status. For a pending request, contact the club manager; for a repeated app error, contact support with the club name and message.
