Find a match

Match History is the place to check what is recorded.

  1. Open Profile → Match History.
  2. Use the available performance and match filters to narrow the list. Clear filters if a result seems missing.
  3. Open the match to check date, players, scores, source, and status.
  4. For an event result, return to its scoreboard when a scoring correction is needed.

Understand verification and submission

New Social matches count from their saved completed score. DUPR results depend on DUPR submission status and usable result data. Older disputed records may still show Verify score or dispute controls. Only verify a result you recognize as correct. Disputed matches are excluded from Pulse365 until resolved.

Report an incorrect result

For Game Night, contact the organizer so they can review the saved score and use the correction controls. For another record, use the available issue controls or contact support with the match date, players, and correct score. Do not create a second match as a correction.

Read match insights and Outlook

Where available, match insights describe the recorded matchup and result. Outlook is an expectation, not a promised outcome or an official DUPR rating change. Missing opponent or score information can limit the explanation. Check the underlying match details before interpreting the insight.

A result is absent from Pulse365

A result can be visible in history while still lacking usable scores, verification, or completed processing. In Pulse365, use View match issues when shown. Compare the affected match’s status before assuming the performance score is wrong.
