How to request deletion

Send an email to info@pickleball365.org with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the following to help us verify and process your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your username (if applicable)
  • Any relevant identifiers (e.g., club or team association if relevant)
  • A statement requesting deletion of your personal data

Identity verification and processing time

To protect user privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

Verified requests are typically processed within 48–72 hours. We will notify you via email when the deletion is complete or if we need more information.

What gets deleted

Upon successful verification, we delete personal identifiers and user-specific data associated with your account as required by applicable laws. Certain records may be retained where legally necessary (e.g., fraud prevention, security, or audit logs) and will be minimized and access-restricted.

Alternate method

If you cannot email us, you may submit your request in writing to our support team through any official support channel associated with your account, using the same identity details outlined above.
